Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhitaha P.S. Case No. 24 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is ready to pay compensation amount of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) to the informant and considering the fact that the injury caused is simple in nature, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Under the above facts and circumstances, let above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10474 of 2021(3) dt.20-12-2021 2/2 learned A.C.J.M.-I, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Bhitaha P.S. Case No. 24 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

The petitioner shall deposit the Demand Draft of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) at the time of furnishing his bail bond. The Demand Draft shall be handed over to the informant subsequently within the time limit in which the Demand Draft can be en-cashed.
