JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Asthawan P.S. Case No. 133 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 04.06.2021. Allegedly, some unknown miscreants riding in a motorcycle snatched informant's mobile phone. During the course of investigation, the petitioner's name emerged as one of the accomplices.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the mobile phone was recovered from a co-accused and not from the possession of this petitioner, who has no criminal antecedent.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.-Ist Class-IV, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in Asthawan P.S. Case No. 133 of 2021.
