1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act, Sections 272 and 273 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of the Excise Act.

3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the F.I.R., the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner keeping in view that petitioner has antecedent of seven cases and the present case has been instituted under the NDPS Act also.

4. The prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail
