2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 138 of 2022 for the offences punishable under Section 25(1-b)a/26(i) of the Arms Act as his earlier application was rejected vide order dated 04.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72378 of 2022.

3. The petitioner is accused in 8 cases which includes the cases under Explosive Substance Act, 2 cases of murder and cases for attempt to murder. The trial of the cases are going on.

4. In view of the serious criminal antecedents of the petitioner who appears to be a hardened criminal, I am not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
