2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 10 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section(s) 69, 115(2), 127(1), 351(2), 352 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of establishing physical relationship with the victim on the pretext of giving her a permanent job.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 04.04.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently

6. From the statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS, it appears that she was in relationship with the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Begusarai/concerned Court below in connection with Mahila P.S.
