Petitioner seeks bail in Laheriasarai P.S. Case No.328 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 401, 413, 414, 467, 468 and 471 Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery of any stolen motorcycle from his possession. Name of this petitioner has been disclosed before the police by Vishwajeet and Balram, who told before the police that they used to sell stolen motorcycles to this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 09.07.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72045 of 2018(3) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No.328 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
