The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No.179 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 324, 354, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
