The petitioners seek bail in Warisnagar P.S. Case No.185 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners along with others assaulted the father of the informant and killed him.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The specific allegation of assault by iron rod is against Anmol Thakur. The petitioners are in custody since

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23202 of 2021(3) dt.26-10-2021 2/2 10.08.2020 and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph 3 of the bail petition. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Considering the fact that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners, let petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Warisnagar P.S.
