Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has represented the Registrar of the University for redressal of his grievance stating that he received the interview letter on 29th of November, 2016, whereas the date of interview was 28.11.2016. He has requested for providing him opportunity to participate in the interview.

Without expressing any opinion, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-Registrar of the University to take final decision on the representation and pass appropriate order considering the hardship of the petitioner
