JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/323/341/353/427/307/5047/506 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the police intercepted a truck loaded with Uria fertilizer and brought the truck in the premises of police station when about 100 farmers tried to rob the Uria fertilizer from the truck.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general and none have received injury. Moreover, a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
