The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 124 of 2018 for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 379, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. There is case and counter case. Referring to the prosecution case he submits that the occurrence took place on 29.3.2018 whereas the FIR was lodged on 3.4.2018.

Considering the totality of the fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73834 of 2018(3) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 124 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
