2. An advertisement was published inviting application from desirous candidates for being appointed as Aanganwari Sevika/Sahayika at centre code no. 62, ward no. 13 in Gram Panchayat Raj Jaitpur Kala in the district of Kaimur at Bhabua for the year 2014-15.

3. The petitioner also applied and to the knowledge of the petitioner, she is the only candidate who could have been selected for such post. Till date, it has been submitted, the process of appointment has not been completed. Several complaints/representations preferred by the petitioner before various authorities including the CDPO and the DPO of the concerned district have not yielded any substantive result.

4. The petitioner, under the aforesaid circumstances and under the guidelines of 2019, is directed to now make a suitable complaint before the Child Development Project Officer, Bhagawanpur (respondent no. 9) within a period of four weeks, who, on receipt of such representation shall pass an order after verifying all facts within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of such complaint.

5. If the Child Development Project Officer, Bhagawanpur does not take a decision within the aforesaid period, the complaint/case of the petitioner shall stand

Patna High Court CWJC No.15147 of 2019 dt.01-08-2019 3/3 automatically transferred to the office of the District Programme Officer, Kaimur at Bhabua who would be under an obligation to pass an order within a reasonable period of time. If the petitioner still remains dissatisfied, she can approach the concerned Divisional Commissioner for the needful.

6. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
