The petitioner has filed this petition for quashing the order dated 10.10.2002 passed by learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali, Hazipur in Complaint Case No. 634 of 2002, by which prima facie case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act was found to proceed against the accused persons. The petitioner has moved this petition for quashing the order after 14 years and on this ground alone, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order.
