JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-02-2022 At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application as against petitioners No. 1 and 2. Permitted to be withdrawn.
It is, thus, dismissed as withdrawn as against petitioners No. 1 and 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners pray for grant of anticipatory bail in Bela P.S. Case No. 47 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
In view of general and omnibus allegations levelled against the petitioners, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
Accordingly, let the petitioners No. 3,4, 5, 6 and 7 above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of ten weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 47 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
