Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The passengers of Scorpio vehicle were robbed while going to attend marriage ceremony. From the spot one Munif Raut was apprehended. The vehicle of the petitioner was seized on the place of occurrence.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36660 of 2015 (2) dt.15-09-2015 2/2 Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 76 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Motihari, East Champaran.

With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
