The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 255 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to previous enmity and dirty village politics. It is further submitted that the first information report has been lodged after a delay of two days. There is no injury report to support the allegation in the present case. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53719 of 2022(6) dt.07-04-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Danapur in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 255 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
