Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 436 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of making assault and putting the house of the informant on fire.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is nothing on record to suggest that anything got burnt. The petitioners' side lodged the case at earlier point of time. Moreover the informant has subsequently retracted from the initial version and has filed a petition to that effect before learned Court below.

No.36239 of 2015 (2) dt.08-09-2015 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of regular bail, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 180 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur, Bhabua.

With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
