The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is a case of recovery of some arms and ammuntions from the possession of the accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the name of the petitioner was disclosed by apprehended co-accused Binod Yadav and Jawahar Singh and petitioner has not been apprehended at the spot and there is no independent witness has supported the version of the informant. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Madhubani in connection with Jaynagar P.S.
