JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-06-2016 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 353, 354, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the petitioner and one Manish Kumar entered into the school and obstructed the teaching of the children and when protest was made they misbehaved with the informant and other teachers. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner only made certain enquiries from the informant and never obstructed the teaching or misbehaving with the teaching staff.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the fact that for the occurrence of 16.02.2016 at 11:00 A.M the F.I.R was registered on

No.25641 of 2016 (2) dt.29-06-2016 2/2 16.02.2016 at 04:45 P.M and petitioner having no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Harnaut P.S.
