The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case the petitioner is permitted to file a fresh representation regarding his grievances and the concerned respondents may be directed to dispose of the same within specified period of time.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation before the respondent nos. 2 and 3 regarding his grievances within a period of two weeks from today and in case such representation is filed, the respondent nos. 2 and 3 shall dispose of the same within a period of four weeks thereafter. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
