Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Sheosagar (Baddi) P.S. Case No. 53 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 325, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the fact that on a trivial issue, the occurrence, in question, has taken place and there is compromise between the parties, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of

No.10502 of 2021(2) dt.07-12-2021 2/2 their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Sheosagar (Baddi) P.S. Case No. 53 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

However, the Court below is directed to release the petitioners on provisional bail and after verifying the genuineness of the compromise petition will either confirm the provisional bail of the petitioners or cancell the same. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
