JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-06-2016 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 474, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that from the search of the house of Sahdev Singh forged arms license were recovered who disclosed that he along with the petitioner used to prepare forged arms license by forging signature of the higher officer and used to sale the forged license papers for Rs. 1500/- each.
It appears that the First Information Report was registered in 1993. The impugned order reflects that petitioner has been declared absconder.
In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to interfere.
Accordingly the application stands dismissed
