JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) Date: 04-04-2017 No interference is warranted with the order dated 23.08.2016, passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna Bench, Patna in OA 329/2013 as there has been default on the part of the petitioner to appear and assist before the Tribunal and secondly despite the absence of assistance the Tribunal examined the matter available in terms of pleading and has found that the experts opinion point out to mismatch between the thumb impression of the petitioner vis-à-vis the thumb impression which was provided in the
Patna High Court CWJC No.1089 of 2017 dt.04-04-2017 2/2 documentation at the time of written examination. Since the Courts are not expected to be expert of experts and no other material has been brought on record of scientific kind, which can disprove the finding of the finger print experts, the Tribunal has rightly dismissed the OA being devoid of merit as well. Writ is dismissed.
