The petitioner is accused in connection with R.P.F. (Rajendra Nagar) P.S. Case No. 04 of 2018 registered under Section 3 of the R.P. (U.P.) Act.

The accusation is of draining out the diesel from Railway Diesel Engine, which was parked at Rajendra Nager Railway Station, Patna.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 20.06.2018.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71304 of 2018(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Patna, in connection with R.P.F. (Rajendra Nagar) P.S. Case No. 04 of 2018. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
