The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code and 12, 17 & 18 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act.

The accusation is of kidnapping the minor sister-in-law of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that two co-accused persons, whose name transpired in 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim, have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 50760 of 2014. Considering the fact that in 164 Cr.P.C.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34795 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2015 2/2 statement the victim has named the petitioner and also the fact that the victim was recovered from the house of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 525 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Muzaffarpur.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
