====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-12-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the respondent / Bihar Education Project Council.

2. This writ application has been filed for following reliefs:- "a) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus declaring the new

Patna High Court CWJC No.11783 of 2023(2) dt.09-12-2024 2/2 selection process vide Advertisement No.

BSPP/KGBV/01-2022 for the various post of Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya as restrictive, arbitrary and contradictory to the principle of natural justice.

b) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent authorities to consider the engagement of all the Petitioners on the post of 'Part-time Teacher'. c) For grant of any other relief or relief to which the petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of this case."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners requests for disposal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file representation before the competent authority / concerned respondent.

4. If such representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the concerned respondent(s) shall examine the same and pass a reasoned & speaking order after hearing the parties in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of filing of such representation.

5. With above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
