The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Srinagar (Pujaha) P.S. Case No. 120 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, daughter of the informant was done to death by the accused persons including petitioners due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and disposed of her dead body without giving information to the informant and family members.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law, petitioner no. 2 is mother-in-law

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63092 of 2021(2) dt.12-07-2022 2/2 and petitioner no. 3 is sister-in-law of the deceased. Thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who has already died after lodging of the FIR. Petitioners are living separately and have got no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. There is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioners have got clean antecedents.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Srinagar (Pujaha) P.S. Case No. 120 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
