The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Fatehpur P.S. case No.320 of 2011 under Section 370, 371/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted that petitioner never took the children of the informant and others nor petitioner forced the husband of informant to work.
It appears that during the course of investigation, the informant and other witnesses have stated that they have no grievance against the petitioner.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26099 of 2016 (3) dt.20-08-2016 2/2 court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Gaya in Fatehpur P.S.
