Petitioner mother-in-law, is apprehending her arrest in connection with a case under Section 498A/34, 302 of the Penal Code registered for death of her daughter-in-law. She is named in the First Information Report.

Let the petitioner, named above, surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below (C.J.M., Begusarai) in connection with Barauni (F.C.I.) P.S. Case No. 165/2011 and apply for bail on the ground that her husband has already been acquitted in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50156 of 2013 (4) dt.14-01-2015 same case, which request should be considered by the court below in accordance with law.
