2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 05.09.2016 passed in CWJC No. 12832 of 2012.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner however, has singularly failed in pointing out which part of the judgment of this Court has not been complied by the opposite parties.
4. It is not in dispute that the Bank is not insisting on
Patna High Court MJC No.62 of 2017 dt.24-01-2018 2/2 proceeding with the auction sale of the property in question and hence, no case for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties has been made out.
