2. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that a show cause has already been filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 2, The District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara.

3. It has further been submitted that in compliance of the order dated 27.02.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 21217 of 2018, the case of the petitioner has already been considered and a final order dated 23.03.2023, has been passed, annexed as Annexure-E to the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite

4. Considering the same, no further order is required to be passed in the present contempt application.

5. Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of. If so advised, learned counsel for the petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the order dated 23.03.2023 before the competent authority within a period of ninety days from the date of passing of this order.
