The petitioner seeks bail in a case for the offences punishable under section 376 of the I.P.C.

The learned counsel for the petitioner wants to renew his prayer for bail which has already been rejected by order dated 26.11. 2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22907 of 2013 on that ground that there is no progress in the trial and up till now charge has also not been framed.

Considering the allegation attributed against the petitioner this Court is not inclined to reconsider the prayer for bail and accordingly prayer for bail is again hereby rejected in connection with S.Tr. No. 363 of 2013 arising out of Bochahan

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33197 of 2014 (6) dt.16-02-2015 2/2 P.S. Case No. 138 of 2012/ G.R. no. 3058 of 2012 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge, 6th, Muzaffarpur.
