2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 52 of 2022, CIS 39 of 2022 arising out of Bairiya P.S. Case No. 296 of 2020 dated 25.06.2020, lodged under Section 376 of the I.P.C.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 17.10.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72135 of 2021 and a report has been called for. From the report, it transpires that the Trial Court has demanded three months for conclusion of the trial.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and, therefore, his bail petition is hereby rejected again.

7. With this observation, the bail application stands rejected.
