In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No.07 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 385 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act.
