=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 07-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Magadh University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University').

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that all retiral dues have been paid except for some arrears of salary for the period July, 1998 to November, 2005 for which he may be permitted to file representation before the Registrar of the University which be directed to be considered.

3. Learned counsel for the University agrees to the proposal of learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off

Patna High Court CWJC No.779 of 2017 dt.07-02-2018 2/2 with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the Registrar of the University with regard to her claim for arrears of salary for the aforesaid period. If such representation is filed within four weeks from today, the Registrar of the University shall look into the matter and after proper verification pass a reasoned order within one month from the date of filing of such representation. If it transpires that some amount is payable to the petitioner, the same shall be paid to her within one month from the date of passing of the order. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J) Anjani/- AFR/NAFR U
