Shri Vinay Kirti Singh, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents states that as and when any action is initiated, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously and positively within a period of four weeks thereafter. He further clarifies that no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner in the meanwhile. Statement accepted and taken on record.
