In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Dumraon P. S. Case No. 16 of 2016 registered for the offences under Sections 353 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has been slapped with a bill of Rs. 64,577/-.

If the petitioner deposits half of the bill amount, the petitioner would be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 16 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section
