JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 01-11-2018 Though, initially the present writ application was preferred for a direction to the respondent authorities, particularly, Respondent No. 3, the District Magistrate, Gaya to take a decision on the application of the petitioner submitted on 05.02.2015 for grant of licence for Pistol/Revolver. However, it is fairly submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of the writ application the application of the petitioner has been rejected by the licensing authority. In the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty to avail the alternative remedy of avail.
