JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 30.01.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 364, 366A and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim in her 164 Cr. P.C. statement got her age recorded as 19 years when the court assessed her age as 17 years where she stated that she of her own married with the petitioner.
