2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bhelahi P.S. Case No. 08 of 2024 (Raxaul Bhelahi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 08 of 2024), registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the IPC and Section 25(1-b) a/26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, the informant along with other police party was on patrolling duty. Seeing the police party, the petitioner, who was riding on a stolen motorcycle, started fleeing away but was apprehended. On search, one countrymade pistol and three live cartridges were recovered from the bag of petitioner. A mobile set is also alleged to be recovered

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. He has no concern with the alleged recovered country-made pistol. The petitioner is under custody since 03.04.2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to furnish bail bond after three months from today and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Raxaul, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Bhelahi P.S. Case No. 08 of 2024 (Raxaul Bhelahi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 08 of 2024), subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
