In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 203 of 2015 for offence under Section 304(B)/84 of the Indian Penal Code. The daughter of the Informant was married to one Ashok Ram. An allegation has been made that the husband, mother-in-law and father-in-law of the victim girl were demanding dowry. When the demand of dowry was not fulfilled, an allegation has been made that the accused persons killed the victim by burning. Learned counsel for the petitioner in paragraph no. 12 of this petition has submitted that the petitioner is the brother- in - law of the victim and he does not live at his native place and reside at Kolhapur in the State

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26758 of 2016 (2) dt.30-06-2016 of Maharashtra for last ten years and he has also entered into marriage at Maharashtra. It has also been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that mother-in-law of the victim has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Guddu Ram, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 203 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Rishi/- U T
