The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 31.05.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24388 of 2016 to the extent that the in the last portion of the order be read as learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, Rohtas instead of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the said mistake perpetuated in the order since it was wrongly mentioned in the main petition.
