2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nawada Mufassil P.S. Case No. 150 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is accused of committing a dacoity.

4. Sufficient materials have come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime. Petitioner is in jail since 20.05.2024 and have criminal antecedents. Out of six chargesheeted witnesses, two witnesses have been examined.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the fact that the witnesses are being examined in the trial, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.
