The petitioner seeks bail in Palasi P.S. Case No. 25 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
In the written report it is alleged that brother of the informant had gone to Palasi market to purchase ration and did not return. The informant learnt during search that one dead body is lying in Chiryari Bridge. He reached there and identified the dead body of his brother. The informant learnt during search that his brother was last seen on 29.1.2018 with this petitioner and other accused persons as named in the written report.
As such, the informant has merely raised suspicion
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74021 of 2018(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 against this petitioner of having last seen with the deceased. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Araria, in connection with Palasi P.S.
