2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 16/5/2023, passed in Cr.Mis.No. 10531 of 2023.

3. In view of the reasons mentioned in the modification petition, said order is modified only to the extent that the petitioner is granted six weeks further time to surrender and to furnish bail bonds.

4. Let opposite party no.2 mentioned in said order be read as the 'informant Amrita Kumari' .

5. Prayer for modification in order, seeking waiving off payment of interim maintenance to the informant, is refused.
