2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 326(g), 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. This petitioner is alleged to have set the house of informant on fire, as a result of which, six she-goat of the informant burnt to death.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to old enmity. Petitioner is in custody since 05.06.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, District - West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S.
