It is the submission of Mr. Jainendra Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, that following remand of the matter by the Supreme Court vide judgment and order present at Annexure 3 that the matter was considered by the Union of India and his joining was accepted and it is taking note of such circumstances that L.P.A.No. 303/2014, which was revived under the order of the Supreme Court, has been disposed of. He submits that in such view of the matter where the joining of the petitioner has been accepted by the Union of India, the prayer made in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10425 of 2016 (2) dt.28-08-2017 writ petition has become infructuous.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Let the order passed by the Division Bench be maintained on the record.
