Petitioner seeks bail in Barahiya P.S. Case No.250 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 307 Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 3⁄4 of Explosive Substance Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that mere suspicion has been raised against the petitioner. In the written report, it is alleged that informant got information that some criminals are making firing on the house of Vikky @ Vikash. The informant reached at the place of occurrence and found spot of firing over wall and roof. Informant has stated that he learnt that this petitioner along with

Petitioner is in custody since 18.01.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No.250 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
