Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 152 of 2016 registered under Sections 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has falsely been implicated in the present case. During investigation the police have found the case untrue against the petitioner and others and only case has been found against Guljar Khan who has been granted bail in Cr. Misc.
