The petitioner seeks bail in Gurua P.S. Case No. 226 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 411, 413, 414, 465, 468, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, one stolen motorcycle was recovered from co-accused Raju Paswan, who disclosed that the said motorcycle was purchased from this petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner and petitioner has been made accused only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner is in custody since 10.02.2021. Investigation is complete. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Sherghati, District - Gaya in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 226 of 2018.
